We ask that you pay a 50% holding fee to secure your booking. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your booking start time or no show on the day, your holding fee may not be refunded and we may charge the full 100%. If you have any queries, please call the salon. We look forward to seeing you.

Skin tests are mandatory once a year for regular clients. If it has been 6+ months since your last appointment, a skin test is required. For pregnant clients, a skin test is required before every appointment.
